The booking form below must be completed and signed as soon as possible. You can complete up to 4 people at a time. 

 

We would like to draw your attention to a couple of important points at this time:

​

1.  Your spot on the February/March 19 Day Tour will be recorded based on the date your deposit is received. It is strongly recommended that you get your $3,200 per person deposit in as soon as possible.

 

2.  Your money will be held in trust by Dream Hoop Tours and cannot be used for anything other than payment to airline, hotel and NBA Tour suppliers.

 

3.  The deposit is non-refundable once paid, it is recommended you arrange travel insurance to ensure you have cover for any unforeseen or unforeseeable circumstances leading up and during the Tour.
